. Doesn’t surprise me. Nursing homes here have very little if any oversight. The laws were gutted and Ohio jumped at the chance to ignore what was left. Where was the family? My father spent time in aftercare, in several different facilities not one took proper care of him. Trust me.this is not surprising.
